Dear Readers,
Thanks for all your time reading my previous posting, This time round am into the Technology and the deep rooted feeling that is affecting our self reliance and incompetence.
If we talk of Technology in Africa most people would directly think of the smart phones ,tablets and other small electronic gadgets we move around with, actually that is just the icing on the cake .I mean technology from design, development and analysis view. Truly speaking even a remote control has to come from China ,gone are the days when we used to rely on most European protects especially electronics .Thanks to China who use the SCR - See Copy Replicate which actually has transformed the known communist Nation into a New World Super power that is pulling headlines all over the World.
The secret to Chinese rapid and constant growth and development is the application of Technology into their industrial sectors that have made it a quite unique place to visit from European Luxurious life now all found in China with Domesticated Tourism. The Answer to Africa is Let us adopt to SCR it works but a lot needs to be done.
Firstly getting the knowledge as first hand skill is unique and scarce i truly believe we need to Change the education system and think of transformation and bringing in the Vocational institutions and Technical schools ,then merge all that into the current European teaching methods where people specialise at an early stage.Specialisation will do a lot for the next generation.
Secondly i would love African Leaders to embrace and adopt to exchange programs for most science teachers to go a broad through which schemes cultural differences can be shared hence new skills adopted can be passed on to eachother.
Thirdly the world is running short of minerals simple minerals like iron.copper which is causing conflict resource distribution allover the world.
In my opinion a lot has been said than done i would presume that one day someone would try and do what i think because implementation in Africa takes ages even saving life needs a meeting to help or not to help.
Conflicts are being controlled by American and Other G8 countries but really Africa we need to get up and stand ,we should not lose this fight to be Technologically good.
In one word i can tell Africa we Need to learn making even Printed Circuit Boards and also know where the materials are found.
Let us keep our minerals like Gold as Reserves not as marketing products for Forex .
Remember What you invest now is the future Happiness for the next Generation. I thank God now am designing Drones and running good IP Cameras to protect and guard Human Kind through all means .Africa Technology is at our foot step Wake Up Africa.
Watch for my article on Global Warming and G8 reports ,International Conflicts and see how Technology makes it all happen.
I love you all, Cheers to all.

New World Order
Hey! all my readers . Being informed is one good thing everyone owes to have but when it comes to salvation through knowledge ONLY the elite few who actually are ever rear .
Had i known this 20 years ago i would be somewhere on earth today seated on a round table speaking out my mind like a think-tank i have been and i would want to say that is how NEW WORLD ORDER comes about.
Nothing exposes New World Order like the mystery of 9/11 but that is to the Americans. For those who want or still believe that you will do away with New World Order just forget it even someone you might be telling or talking to about it could actually be part of the Round Table from the Magic Mushroom,Symbolic signs ,the pyramid ,the one dollar bill and all the personality as people call it or term it.
In Africa where ignorance is key factor on the side of education level or call it low level of illiteracy (LLI) .New World Order will continue to prevail but it is predominantly applied in developed countries then spread and copied to the Low developing countries LCDs.
I thank the modernity of communication especially internet which has taught people to write while the media like Newspapers and Magazines which teaches people to read all have benefited Africa .
The transformation of Africa will come from you as an individual and profound unification that will lead to a boom in Africa regardless of any input like what the Europeans did with EU joining together as unified continent with free movement and free mobility of resources from raw materials ,labour force and regulations of trade market bringing to liberation of an indigenous African.
For instance if Africa had an emergency unification like Africa unification center to fight and control diseases and do all the needed work that is given to global organisation to help and manage African problems.
From the computer usage point of view if Africa had a single Center managed centrally to allocation problems it would be faster than the parliament system of passing laws really if laws were put in place then why should more money spent on creating new laws instead of amending those existing and add a little more to that.Right now as we speak over 3,000 people have died of EBOLA a disease easily managed by a very small African country in East Africa in just a short time.
So if you still doubt about New World Order think twice it rules and cartels a big number of rich and famous countries. No matter what happens life will never be the same.
I am teaching and continuing to educate every where i stay i am called Mwalimu (Teach in Swahili) but it makes me proud because am doing what i love best in my Life .
Africa Wake up Education is the key to our Success.Africa should stop solving problems with solutions but first knowing the cause of the problem then develop a firm background to stop the same problem ever happening again with a strategy measure and method.
God Bless Africa Thanks to Bill Gates for making computer popular in Africa with Windows leading in Software distribution .

What can Change Africa? How to Change Africa?
Education! Education! Education!
Yes! Education can change Africa...But how?
I still strongly believe that if we teach our kids or further support Teachers Institution Centers ,Education will be the best weapon to drive away African Problems like Poverty eradication .
First a quick review of what we have? Colonial Educational system.Which was Knowledge Based Curriculum ....Which actually the Western Countries have revised merged with Skilled Based Curriculum.
Secondly Sieving should be done ,not to teach a child 8 subjects and end up with a Child becoming an Artist be a fine artist or Musician. So why did the child study all those subjects to date.Mathematics,Geography,
English,Science,name it all .
Truth be told Mathematics and English are a must but early specialization by the Educational Boards should set up the best Tools of Trade in sieving and allocating pupils to direct future routes of prosperity.
If we rejuvenated Students Unions,Forums all would help but the problem still lies deeply rooted into the system of education itself. Then came Universal Education in most African Countries with slogans Let us all learn ..True people are learning but its only knowledge Based.
Had we adopted Universal Education with perspective view for instance;
Unfortunately for Africa taking East Africa as a case in point. We learn Mathematics,English,Science,History,Geography,Other Foreign Languages, for 7 years you tailored to sink all that in our small brains. Then go to High School ...Its like insanity ,You start with Maths,Languages,Science breaks down to Physics,Biology,Chemistry,History just breaks up to South African History,West African History,East African History....then Geography breaks up into Physical Geography,World Geography ....I tell you it is just a mixed up issue.
I stand strong and tall ,shouting out my voice its inappropriately addressed. Any Language is good for teaching that is if someone can use it in Class and meetings, in exams ,for some cases its a weird story ?
A teacher is teaching to earn or get a government load ? People start schools to make profit ,Why not think of building a united country or call it a United Africa.Where governments monitor valued pieces of work academically which actually produces professions in all aspects.
I am of an opinion! Let us tailor teach our next generation kids to have a better career and profession.Focus on your child's interest at an early age then move on to another stage. If a child training in a skilled and knowledge based institute why forcibly push your child to what people are doing. Many times we have just woken up and have been taken by Snob effect.By mere looking at a friends child in a particular school and funny enough parents do not even ask for the creditability of institutes all they do is enrol. Some even dump child at Schools thing what they have paid is enough yet follow up is what merges with Parent, the Child and the School resulting into success of your CHILD.
I surely believe for instance in East Africa that Tanzania will be one of the most Millennium Development Goal- MDG achieved country because they have put up a lot of infrastructures to boost the economy.
Education is the first priority with massive influx of both mature and middle age people returning to study.
Which is not effectively evident in other countries focusing on MDG.
Without putting education as a core focus Africa will never easily achieve its goals of wanting to move from Third World Countries status.Presidents hanging in there on their regimes is undemocratically perceived.Privatization taking up all the breathing space as investors regulation tools fall to a deaf ear their in looms the Killer the all Africa's success CORRUPTION.
My dear brothers and sister,Do think of educating any family member that has less or access to education yet their need it.Girls as school drop outs my sisters its never too late just put that affair a side return to school.

Teaching as a profession/career
Teachers ,Teachers Teachers !!!
Nothing beats my understanding like A TEACHER.Little did i know i would make a decision to take teaching as a profession and a career.
Despite all my expertise and exposure with computers from networking (linking computers & Gagdets ) ,repair and maintenance to PC consultancy name it all .I just love Teaching and i can never leave teaching to any other job on a earth.
I actually starting my teaching career as a form 6 leavers with a secondary school.Since then i have been teaching one field and built on it as i only knew Computer like nothing esle better.
At first i found it so difficult getting the notes then i switched to the internet where Google did more talking for me.Wikipedia adds life to Search engines.Adding to my already over weight package i also starting developing and writing my own computer books.Currently i am finishing my notes on computer Application for Basic knowledge covering Introduction to computers & Microsoft Office packages.
I love to teach in that, i can not even do thinking about my students learning something so new from what they already have.My Goal is to see Africa pushed forward.

INVESTMENT IN AFRICA
Africa is part of the only garden of roses left in the world.Everywhere you
throw a seed you will reap big.I call Africa my home,Yes ! Home sweet home!
From Gold,Petroleum ,Coal and other natural mineral resources are all available
in Africa but why is Africa still poor or a third world country.
The answer is in investment,we do earn lots of forex from all our resources but we need invest back from what gives us the fruits we yield from investment.
For instance Gold is available in various parts of the countries especially currently in East Africa but we never think of reserves all we think about is export,WHY? So we should also invest in Gold reserve centers and later use these reserves and re-injections into the economy in times or critical slow growth.
People usually forget to follow the Income Cycle ,A person Earns income,Saves Income,Invest,Spend profits.Yes we bring investors but do we fully utilize them that is do we adopt and create a typical copy of what someone has? Then use his copy to produce our own at a later stage. No! In most parts of Africa an expert will come with the investment team or company they will work and live without exchange program because program coordinators and board of directors matching on full stomachs with allowance or commission .That is so sad and ugly.
Now it is time ,I have grown up seeing it all i would love to bring change and i call upon more investors to come but this time with strings attached ,let us share and work with exchange programs and those who go on such programs come back with views on new innovations learnt or even become role models for the companies to train more people.
In the past ,Investors would build schools and those schools were run smoothly with high class training tutors /teachers but these days the motto is "KISS -Keep It Soft & Simple" as the Board puts it straight just waiting for investors to come.
I also think United Arab Emirates can be better investors in Africa but little room as has been given to them yet they would also beef up on investment in one way or another.
I surely believe i will one day visit the UAE and see how Dubai works and i would love to know why you can never separate Dollars and Gold from Dubai. How a Desert was made into a real life atmosphere ,How an artificial lake looks like? That is what i call investment ...changing a dead place into a lively haven.
Give an Arab a dead place and go ,come back the next time you will see significant change you might even feel jealous about how he thinks.
The way a person thinks is not only because of going to school, for instance my instincts tell me i am a natural thinktank- but in Africa how many people are called upon.In Japan a Toyota Thinktank goes home looking at various cars and comes back the next day in office and designs a new model,In UAE Dubai Engineer Zayid Dallallah thinks of what the New Ford model would do,He is paid but here in Africa if you want to be an expert you need to come from a big office ....
My belief is that I can do any business and succeed no matter what it takes ,I just roll the dice but I keep the principles of management as my core goal of achievement.
Africa needs investment and really serious investors,
God Bless Investors .
Happy festive season.

How Technology can transform your life?
What is Technology?
The purposeful application of information
in the design, production, and resource utilization of goods and services, and in the organization
of human activities.
Adopting technology or embracing it would be very effective as a change to match forward.
For instance ,the Dutch engineers living with nature as a neighbour ,the Sea currents come and claim a very big part of their land ,as they extend and transfer to the city center the population is at a blast rate all over the world.Right so the solution was to en Gulf the part of the Sea and like building a dam and true to that they have won back part of the Land once claimed by the sea and reoccupied it.
Let us put the puzzle together .... We go to school, follow the life tread of any human being then get a profession. But think twice is that profession the Icing on the Cake you have baked from age 4 to 21 when you graduate ?
My friend sit down and think again, the answer is no,you need to technologically be advanced and advised on which ICT module training goes hand in hand with your profession.
Gaining an added IT experience or Certification in an ICT module can really change your life.I personally did get a Diploma in Information Technology with Business and ccomputer Institute - London but then was not enough i also went back and go an international diploma in computer engineering on which i am also building to graduate with Bsc.ICT because change never comes so easy and if you wait a lot of transformation is taking place.
Internet cafes are commonly designed on PC based installation but as a network engineer qualified in 1995 so one day you happen to encounter a call from a client and you find a Thin client internet cafe where will you start for sure.
Many people never seem bothered to go back and further study ,besides or learn something next door like traveling from one country to another. To make matters even worse Africa is an example ,a Tourist can tell more stories of a country than an indigenous dweller.
Let us learn to style up,do not wait for change to force you change.
